Panel colors can be tailored to the specific requirements of each project. We produce panels in RAL shades selected by architects.
Panels can be manufactured from a wide range of materials to suit individual needs. The most commonly used are pine, spruce, oak, ash, and birch, though more specific materials are also available.

Panel description
Lath size 33x45mm. Distance between laths 33mm. Laths are fixed perpendicular to the 3 plywood slaths 15(h)x50(w)mm. Distance between plywood laths 575mm C/C. On the panel are attached acoustic fiber between plywood and pine slats. Fiber attached with nails to end of panel plywood. On long side can be added extra plywood if panel used for walls. In construction nails are used to attach laths.
Color, texture and surface finish
The panel is made from solid pine slats, which are made in size 33x45mm and lengthened to 1200mm as a result of technical operations. The acoustic base of the panel consists of the acoustic fabric Nordisk acoustic 270A, which provides the acoustic function to the panel. The pine slats are stapled to the veneer cross slats with clamps, through the 15mm thick plywood cross slat, which ensures that the slats do not move. The slats are treated with an tone stain and varnish – Tikkurila fonte fire, which provides toning of the slats. It should be noted that a tree exposed to long-term UV rays may change its original appearance over time. Wood is a natural product and each panel is unique, therefore it should be noted that color, tone and structural differences are considered normal and part of the design.
Cleaning
Panels are intended for internal use only. Use and installation at 18-40 C° and 25-70% relative humidity. Cleaning can be done with a dry and non-abrasive brush, cloth or vacuum cleaner. For cleaning greasy stains, fruit, wine and coffee stains, use a synthetic cleaning solution without ammonia. Other stains are removed with cold water using a damp cloth. It is forbidden to use paint/varnish solvents for cleaning.
